Provide field installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management for Volta Medical electrophysiology systems. Support onsite and remote technical service, manage logistics and inventory, maintain documentation and regulatory-compliant records, coordinate with R&D/Quality/Sales, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Provide on-site clinical and technical support for Volta's EP lab AI products during procedures; train and educate clinicians and staff; collaborate with sales on evaluations and troubleshooting; maintain CRM and procedural records; relay field insights to product and marketing teams to optimize deployment and clinical use.

Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary data science team to design, validate and deploy ML/DL algorithms for medical devices. Drive data strategy, ensure production-ready code and regulatory documentation, collaborate cross-functionally, and represent the company at scientific venues.
