Teams at Volta

Draft, review, negotiate, and manage procurement contracts including NDAs, MSAs, supply agreements, frameworks, and construction contracts. Maintain templates, clause libraries, playbooks, contract records, approvals, execution workflows, renewals, and obligations. Support procurement and delivery teams globally, identify and escalate non-standard legal risks, coordinate negotiations, and provide contract pipeline reporting. The role requires at least four years of commercial contracts experience and familiarity with UK, European, and US contracting.

Owns electrical engineering standards, reference designs, power architecture, and technical assurance across Volta’s global AI factory portfolio. Leads electrical design from concept through commissioning, covering utility interconnection, medium- and low-voltage distribution, UPS, generation, protection, and high-density AI/HPC power. Partners across engineering, procurement, technology, and operations, supports live projects, directs external design partners, and builds the electrical engineering team.

Leads mechanical engineering across Volta’s global AI factory portfolio, serving as design authority from concept through commissioning. Owns mechanical standards, reference designs, liquid-cooling architecture, technical assurance, project support, equipment specifications, and cross-disciplinary design optimization. Develops cooling systems for high-density AI and HPC workloads, partners with procurement and operations, embeds lessons learned, directs external design partners, mentors engineers, and builds the mechanical engineering team.
