Teams at Volta

Owns execution readiness for Volta’s AI factories, ensuring power, cooling, structure, white space, connectivity, and other prerequisites are complete before GPU infrastructure deployment. The role manages readiness gates, integrated schedules, site reviews, contractor dependencies, risks, recovery plans, and leadership reporting across data centre construction and deployment teams. It also standardizes readiness processes, captures lessons learned, and supports repeatable site handovers across Europe and North America.

Leads procurement across Volta’s EMEA portfolio, including category management, supplier relationships, sourcing standards, project procurement plans, long-lead equipment, framework agreements, and vendor risk visibility. The role manages the regional category team, supports embedded project procurement leads, negotiates with suppliers and OEMs, and aligns procurement sequencing with infrastructure project delivery schedules. Candidates need 10+ years of procurement experience across data centers, energy, or large-scale infrastructure construction, with strong EMEA supply chain and matrix organization experience.

Own estimating standards, tools, and methods across Volta’s projects. Produce and assure estimates from feasibility through baselining, build should-cost models and benchmarks, support procurement negotiations, reconcile estimates with outturn costs, coach project teams, and inform design and delivery strategies. The role focuses on data center and major capital projects with MEP-heavy construction across European and US regions.
