Coordinate urgent aircraft-on-ground material requests, inventory checks, sourcing decisions, shipments, documentation, stakeholder communications, shipment tracking, issue resolution, and receipt transactions. The role supports time-critical aviation logistics, requires accurate recordkeeping and regulatory compliance, and involves shift work in a hybrid Barcelona office environment.

Maintain engine and APU performance across the airline fleet by analyzing OEM and regulatory documentation, issuing engineering orders, forecasting shop visits, supporting maintenance departments, preparing troubleshooting and replacement workpackages, and conducting reliability and engine health monitoring analyses. The role also supports maintenance program effectiveness, engine phase-in and phase-out activities, end-of-lease documentation, and occasional aircraft base maintenance as a technical representative.
