The Director of Product will define product strategy, vision, segmentation, pricing, configuration, and roadmap for automated robotic parking systems. This role aligns engineering, operations, commercial, and finance teams; manages dependencies, risks, suppliers, and externally fixed deployment schedules; and translates field commissioning and customer feedback into product requirements. The role requires technical depth in robotics or automation, commercial judgment, cross-functional program execution, and frequent customer, supplier, and installation travel.

Provides front desk, office administration, facilities coordination, vendor management, finance support, onboarding logistics, and event planning. Supports the CEO with calendar management, travel booking, expense reporting, communications, meeting preparation, and confidential follow-up. The role also assists with HR coordination, IT vendor liaison, asset tracking, compliance documentation, and general startup administrative needs.

Own and develop customer-facing kiosk, mobile, web, and bay guidance applications integrated with robotic parking hardware. Responsibilities include translating requirements into production interfaces, leading new user-facing systems, writing tested frontend code, collaborating across software and robotics teams, and deploying and supporting applications at test facilities and customer sites. The role also involves troubleshooting real hardware, occasional deployment travel, and contributing across backend, simulation, testing, and system design.
