The Sales Consultant handles incoming inquiries, assists customers in vehicle selection, responds to leads, and maintains customer relationships. Prior sales experience is preferred but not required.

Supports dealership sales by preparing legal documents, arranging vehicle financing and leases, completing transactions, collecting payments and titles, verifying insurance and customer information, and selling aftermarket products and protection plans. Calculates front- and back-end gross profit, maintains transaction logs, reports daily finance results, processes vehicle deliveries, and ensures compliance with Washington State requirements and company policies. The role requires professional customer service, regular attendance, extensive standing and walking, a valid driver’s license, and an acceptable driving record.

Sell new and used vehicles on a commission basis, maintain CRM with daily prospecting and call logs, assist customers through test drives and delivery paperwork, keep showroom and lot organized, follow sales procedures, and complete required background and driving record checks.
