The role supports migration from SAP BW toward SAP Datasphere, integrates SAP source systems, ensures data quality, investigates issues, and translates business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Collaboration with business and technical stakeholders occurs in an international environment, with opportunities to develop expertise in SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud.

Support and enhance SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll solutions through configuration, payroll processing, testing, issue resolution, compliance activities, and continuous improvement. Manage payroll rules, schemas, wage types, retroactive accounting, off-cycle payments, and year-end processes. Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and external partners to translate business requirements into system solutions and provide production support.
