Maintain and evolve the company design system by creating Figma components, variants, styles, libraries, and patterns. Improve UX processes, documentation, consistency, accessibility, and collaboration across teams. Measure and communicate UX business impact, advocate for human-centered design and research, and build a cross-functional UX community while partnering with designers, developers, and stakeholders.

Leads cross-functional business transformation and process improvement initiatives from assessment through implementation and adoption. Facilitates stakeholder workshops, models AS-IS and TO-BE processes using BPMN, translates operational challenges into requirements, identifies automation opportunities, defines KPIs, and supports sustainable change. The role requires process governance, business analysis, project and change management, Lean/Six Sigma knowledge, strong analytical skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders across teams and countries.

Own and maintain a globally deployed IAM system, improve standards and guidelines, and define the IAM roadmap. Coordinate operations and development teams, review change requests and test documentation, prioritize IAM projects, and serve as the primary contact for financial and compliance audits. The role requires strong IAM expertise, leadership, strategic prioritization, stakeholder management, and familiarity with regulated-industry audit requirements.
