The CEI Contract Support Specialist oversees construction processes, provides contract administration, monitors costs, and ensures compliance with project schedules and budgets.

Leads engineering operations and transportation projects across Arkansas and the Gulf Region. Responsibilities include client relationship management, business development, proposal writing, contract negotiation, project planning, design delivery, staff recruitment and development, financial and technical performance, and troubleshooting. The role also serves as Principal in Charge for engineering design and requires collaboration with clients, teams, and agencies such as ARDOT.

Leads engineering design, project delivery, business development, client and contract management, staff recruitment, and Texas office operations. Manages transportation projects, supervises design execution, prepares proposals and technical presentations, conducts interviews, negotiates contracts, and supports marketing. Requires a Texas P.E., extensive transportation or municipal engineering experience, staff management experience, OpenRoads Designer proficiency, and familiarity with TxDOT and El Paso.
