Lead and manage transportation infrastructure projects in the Southwest region, ensuring on-time delivery, federal compliance, stakeholder coordination, technical issue resolution, community engagement, and quality and safety oversight.

Lead and deliver roadway design projects including quantity calculations, engineering estimates, specifications, plans, and construction schedules. Direct engineers and designers, coordinate subconsultants, ensure DOT compliance, QA/QC, meet schedules and budgets, participate in client meetings and business development, and mentor project teams.

Lead roadway projects from planning through closeout: create Project Execution Plans, manage teams, ensure QC, control scope/budget/schedule, handle invoicing and AR, maintain client relationships, participate in business development, and produce monthly progress and revenue reports.
