Lead roadway projects from planning through closeout: create Project Execution Plans, manage teams, ensure QC, control scope/budget/schedule, handle invoicing and AR, maintain client relationships, participate in business development, and produce monthly progress and revenue reports.

Lead and deliver roadway design projects including quantity calculations, engineering estimates, specifications, plans, and construction schedules. Direct engineers and designers, coordinate subconsultants, ensure DOT compliance, QA/QC, meet schedules and budgets, participate in client meetings and business development, and mentor project teams.

The Senior Roadway Engineer will lead project designs, support engineering estimates, ensure quality control, and manage teams on transportation projects while communicating with clients.
