Leads business development for the Midwest Region, including client relationships, market research, capture strategies, proposal development, presentations, teaming opportunities, and industry events. The role supports engineering, procurement, and construction pursuits, supervises proposal development, coordinates marketing activities, and represents the firm with clients, agencies, professional organizations, and partners.

Leads transportation infrastructure projects in the Carolinas Region, supporting owner leadership and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery. Manages stakeholders, agencies, jurisdictions, technical issues, federal requirements, safety, quality, and project risks. Requires extensive transportation infrastructure and construction experience, strong knowledge of DOT and FHWA procedures, political sensitivity, negotiation skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple projects. A Civil Engineering degree and valid driver’s license are required; North Carolina PE licensure is preferred.

Lead and assist roadway design projects: direct engineers and designers, prepare plans, estimates, specifications, schedules, coordinate subconsultants, ensure DOT design standards and QA/QC, manage budgets and timelines, and support business development.
