Use finance expertise to create realistic finance prompts, develop reference answers, and evaluate LLM outputs for accuracy, reasoning, completeness, and real-world applicability. Provide structured scoring, detailed feedback, and benchmarking to improve AI model quality. Work full-time on retainer with strict time-zone availability.

Manage day-to-day accounting and operational finance across multiple client accounts: reconciliations, month-/year-end close, invoice validation, payment operations, and audit support. Produce recurring and ad hoc financial reports, support budgeting and forecasting, analyze trends and performance, and drive process improvements. Partner cross-functionally with Payroll, HR, Operations, and Delivery teams to ensure financial governance and timely resolution of discrepancies.

The Finance Operations Associate will assist in day-to-day finance operations, including reporting, reconciliations, invoice coordination, and cross-department collaboration. This role supports international financial workflows and requires strong analytical skills and communication across various teams.
