The role requires expertise in payment messaging standards, enterprise integrations, databases, messaging platforms, cloud-native infrastructure, observability, and secure data flows. AI and LLM tools are used to accelerate development, testing, documentation, and operational improvements.

Leads global internal IT infrastructure and service delivery, including end-user computing, workplace technology, corporate networks, servers, identity services, collaboration platforms, asset management, vendors, budgets, and IT operations. The Director establishes service management processes and SLAs, drives security, automation, modernization, and standardization, supports office expansion and infrastructure changes, and manages geographically distributed teams and providers.
