Leads global internal IT infrastructure and service delivery, including end-user computing, workplace technology, corporate networks, servers, identity services, collaboration platforms, asset management, vendors, budgets, and IT operations. The Director establishes service management processes and SLAs, drives security, automation, modernization, and standardization, supports office expansion and infrastructure changes, and manages geographically distributed teams and providers.

Develop and deliver scalable, secure Java payment applications for banking and fintech systems. Responsibilities include requirements analysis, technical design, coding, testing, peer reviews, payment-standard integration, CI/CD collaboration, production troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and continuous system improvement. The role works with messaging systems, relational and NoSQL databases, containers, observability tools, and financial payment flows including reconciliation and settlement.

Drive end-to-end business analysis for payment solutions across real-time, clearing, and settlement systems. Gather and translate requirements into functional specifications, message mappings, and user stories aligned with ISO 20022. Collaborate with banks, product, architecture, and engineering teams to support integrations, testing, defect triage, production readiness, and the full payments lifecycle.
