Freelance Senior Android Engineer responsible for end-to-end Android app development using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose. Build and ship user-centered features, collaborate with product and engineering teams, participate in testing and user feedback cycles, and maintain CI/CD and testing practices. Contract minimum three months with occasional travel to Berlin.

Own and improve the Android CI/CD pipeline across approximately 70 Kotlin Multiplatform jobs. Responsibilities include debugging application and pipeline failures, defining CI health SLOs, optimizing build times, managing test flakiness, improving dashboards and quarantining, and documenting solutions. The role also involves building Android features with Kotlin and Compose and collaborating with engineers across the organization.

Own and build voize’s People Operations function from the ground up. Manage the full employee lifecycle, develop scalable and AI-enabled processes, automate administrative workflows, and establish reliable documentation and data systems. Lead German payroll and employment-law operations while supporting multi-country entities, EOR arrangements, global payroll, market entry, and compliance. Serve as a trusted employee contact and design a modern, self-service People Operations experience for a fast-growing technology company.
