Coordinate tradeshows, in-house customer events, and sales/marketing logistics. Manage project timelines, vendor and stakeholder communication, event registrations, materials, and records. Provide administrative sales support, maintain CRM/ERP contacts, print marketing collateral, assist with contracts and equipment scheduling, and host on-site events at the Ravenna facility.

The Business Systems Manager will oversee and enhance Salesforce and ERP applications, focusing on administration, system integration, and process optimization within business operations.

The Technical Training Specialist will design and deliver training programs, conduct hands-on workshops, create materials, coordinate product training, and evaluate training effectiveness. Occasional on-site support required.
