Lead full-cycle engineering projects in a roll-forming manufacturing environment, from concept and design through FAI, PPAP, and production approval. Manage scope, schedules, budgets, resources, customer requirements, CAD interpretation, BOMs, process routings, work instructions, tooling, equipment, and cost estimates. Collaborate with operations, quality, maintenance, safety, supply chain, vendors, and customers to deliver product launches and continuous improvements. The role is onsite in Shelbyville, Kentucky, with travel up to 20%.

Lead purchasing, material planning, production scheduling, inventory control, logistics, supplier performance, and S&OP execution across manufacturing operations. The role drives material availability, inventory optimization, supplier strategy, risk mitigation, KPI improvement, working capital performance, lean continuous improvement, and team development while coordinating across multiple functions and sites.

Leads the enterprise Sales and Operations Planning process across Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance. Owns demand forecasting, capacity and inventory planning, scenario modeling, financial reconciliation, executive reviews, governance, KPIs, and continuous improvement. The role aligns operational decisions with customer service, profitability, working capital, and strategic planning while influencing stakeholders across multiple manufacturing locations.
