Leads post-sales configuration projects for SaaS customers, translating business needs into technical requirements, project plans, and execution backlogs. Facilitates discovery sessions, coordinates Configuration Specialists and cross-functional teams, manages upgrades and add-on implementations, performs QA, leads customer UAT, and mitigates delivery risks. The role requires strong client communication, prioritization, project management, workflow optimization, and familiarity with Jira, data migration, customer management tools, and generative AI.
