Own the company’s go-to-market infrastructure across sales, marketing, and data. Build automated lead sourcing, enrichment, qualification, CRM, outbound, and analytics workflows to improve SDR productivity and pipeline quality. Manage integrations, data hygiene, ICP scoring, dashboards, and funnel optimization while partnering closely with Sales, RevOps leadership, and founders. The role is hands-on and focused on creating scalable systems that support rapid outbound growth.

Manage a portfolio of 40–50 healthcare accounts, driving 95% retention and €400K in annual upsell revenue. Responsibilities include identifying expansion opportunities, increasing product adoption, conducting client check-ins, coordinating new-site deployments, maintaining CRM accuracy, managing risks, and sharing customer insights with Product and Sales. The role requires strong relationship-building, commercial ownership, portfolio prioritization, and fluent French with good English.

Generate qualified meetings with healthcare leaders through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach. Qualify inbound leads, deliver sales pitches, maintain CRM activity, share market insights, and test new prospecting tactics. The intern will learn the sales process, work toward meeting quotas, and may convert to a full-time BDR contract after the 5–6 month internship.
