Lead US launch operations for Vocca: deploy and configure AI voice clients, own post-sale success and account management, document onboarding and playbooks, and achieve ~ $1M ARR in year one while building a scalable US ops function.

Own end-to-end deployment and post-sale success for Vocca's first US clients: configure integrations, run go-lives, drive retention, build the US onboarding playbook, hire and lead a deployment team, and deliver product feedback to the product team to scale to ~$6M ARR.
