Support the CEO, CTO, and Chief of Staff on high-priority company initiatives. Conduct market and competitive research, build US sales enablement materials, run growth experiments, develop finance reports and models, monitor healthcare AI regulation, support public affairs, and manage founder branding. The role requires independent execution, structured recommendations, and cross-functional collaboration across Paris and New York.

Build and lead Vocca’s Talent Acquisition function across France and the US. The role owns recruiting strategy, hiring plans, employer brand, AI-enabled recruiting, tooling, metrics, and delivery of 60–80 annual hires. The leader will build a 4–6 person TA team, recruit senior and critical roles, establish scalable processes, train hiring managers, manage budgets, and partner with founders and the executive team.

Own the architecture and roadmap of a TypeScript platform, including a scenario engine, self-serve clinic onboarding, and an operational dashboard. Lead full-stack feature delivery, production reliability, testing, monitoring, technical standards, hiring, and mentoring. Partner with product, operations, sales, and leadership to prioritize work and scale clinic deployments. The role requires building reliable products used daily by more than 1,000 medical staff while migrating remaining Python services to TypeScript.
