Develop and customize Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components. Build automations, integrations, queries, and data migrations; conduct testing, debugging, deployments, and documentation. Collaborate with administrators, consultants, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs, resolve production issues, and recommend platform improvements.

Provides Salesforce consulting services on short-term assignments for clients. The role is based in Quebec and supports VO2 GROUP’s technology and digital consulting engagements as a Salesforce partner.

Consult, configure and implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions for clients. Design automations, segmentation and integrations, build journeys and UAT plans, leverage AI/automation for personalization, provide maintenance and user support, and communicate project progress while acting as a trusted client partner.
