Manage software delivery using Agile/Scrum: run ceremonies, groom backlogs, maintain roadmaps, track sprint metrics, mitigate risks, coordinate cross-functional teams, liaise with clients, oversee QA and budgets to ensure on-time delivery.

Lead and deliver large-scale, multi-cloud Salesforce projects: define solutions with architects, coordinate teams, manage budgets, risks and KPIs, run Agile ceremonies, support testing and change management, and mentor junior consultants.

As a Salesforce Business Analyst you will run scoping and user-requirement workshops, draft functional/technical specifications, configure and test Salesforce solutions, support deployments, and provide post-launch change management and training. You will guide solution design, performance testing, and help define the product roadmap while liaising with stakeholders and delivery teams.
