Teams at VNA Health Care

Promotes VNAcare hospice and home health services throughout the assigned territory, generating referrals and developing relationships with physicians, facilities, referral sources, and community organizations. Conducts education, attends health fairs and association events, identifies new business opportunities, secures facility contracts, monitors customer satisfaction, and maintains CRM documentation. Also assists with physician care-plan reviews and signatures while communicating territory activities to leadership.
