Leads end-to-end delivery of global CRM and loyalty programs, including personalized campaigns, project governance, scopes, timelines, budgets, status reporting, and executive presentations. Manages enterprise client relationships and coordinates developers, data scientists, creative designers, and project managers across multiple regions. Ensures complex marketing automation and customer engagement initiatives are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to high standards.

Supports data-driven marketing insights by helping design data solutions, integrations, dashboards, automated reports, and ad-hoc analyses. The role interprets business requirements, supports data modeling and project scoping, and collaborates with analysts, data scientists, developers, architects, and marketing specialists to improve digital communications and CRM initiatives.

Supports the development and maintenance of data pipelines, models, ETL workflows, and data quality processes for marketing analytics and CRM solutions. Writes Python, SQL, or Scala code, monitors and troubleshoots data flows, integrates data from multiple sources, and collaborates with engineers, analysts, data scientists, CRM developers, and product owners. Learns cloud data architecture, migrations, and modern data management practices.
