VML MAP is collecting candidates at the Austin career fair for a talent pool across technology, data, strategy, operations, and creative roles. The recruitment team will review profiles and contact matched candidates for future opportunities in personalization, marketing automation, and CRM work.

Lead end-to-end delivery of global CRM and loyalty initiatives, oversee personalized campaign execution, manage stakeholder relationships, develop scopes/timelines/budgets, and produce client-facing status reports to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Lead client-facing analytics and CRM strategy, advise senior stakeholders, shape martech and data roadmaps, build measurement frameworks, apply advanced analytics and AI, and hire/mentor a distributed analytics team to drive measurable business outcomes.
