Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) B2C applications using SFRA, cartridges, ISML, controllers, OCAPI/SCAPI. Build integrations with payment gateways, ERP/CRM/OMS/PIM, implement REST APIs, troubleshoot and optimize performance, participate in code reviews, support deployments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Provide hands-on AWS technical pre-sales support across North America: build demos and POCs, create reference architectures, lead technical deep-dives, support RFPs, enable delivery teams, and maintain AWS expertise to drive co-sell success and POC-to-production conversions.

Develop and execute integrated social commerce strategies that unify paid and organic efforts, lead content and platform-specific plans (especially TikTok Shop and Meta), manage client relationships, analyze performance, and deliver projects on time and on budget while collaborating with creative, media, and analytics teams.
