Lead independent Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Experience Platform implementations for enterprise clients. Responsibilities include solution design, technical delivery, database querying and data model design, XDM analysis, marketing journey rules and conditional logic, campaign customization, implementation coordination, client advising, and cross-functional collaboration with business and technology teams.

Develop and maintain CRM assets in Salesforce Marketing Cloud using HTML and CSS. Build and implement email and automation campaigns, provide technical support to enterprise clients, resolve issues, optimize platform performance, and collaborate with account and content teams. The role requires strong organization, communication in Portuguese and English, attention to detail, and authorization to work and reside in Portugal.

Develop and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platforms using HTML and CSS. Build and implement technical CRM email campaigns and automations, optimize D365 content blocks and templates, resolve client incidents, and deliver ad hoc technical improvements. Collaborate with content and marketing automation teams while managing priorities and meeting tight campaign deadlines in a continuous delivery environment.
