Leads an analyst team supporting sourcing operations, contracting, and analytical functions. Responsibilities include workforce planning, performance management, coaching, contract amendments, quality assurance, metrics, process improvement, stakeholder collaboration, and escalation resolution. The role also presents strategic recommendations and partners with technology and business teams on system enhancements and automation.

Supports ChristianaCare Health System by optimizing supply chain contracts, increasing Vizient contract utilization, and delivering cost savings. Analyzes complex spend data, identifies opportunities, develops recommendations, manages client workplans, facilitates meetings, and builds client relationships. Collaborates with category managers, analysts, and product advisors to implement supply chain solutions, manage contract performance, and advance initiatives through structured change management.

Own product backlog and roadmap for knowledge and semantic platform capabilities (ontology, knowledge graph, taxonomy, metadata). Conduct discovery with internal clients, define semantic models, entity relationships, and requirements; partner with engineering, data, and AI teams to deliver reusable platform services; promote governance, data stewardship, validation, adoption, and metrics to improve semantic quality and AI-enabled product delivery.
