Lead daily operations, compliance, staffing, enrollment, and financial oversight of a 24-hour early childhood center. Drive program quality to achieve NC 5-Star rating, recruit and coach faculty, deliver emergent curriculum, and cultivate family and community engagement.

Lead family engagement, manage enrollment from inquiry to first day, support school operations and compliance, maintain systems, greet families, and drive continuous improvement and positive school culture.

Lead and manage the early childhood education program: implement emergent curriculum, train and mentor teachers, oversee Mentor Teachers, support family enrollment and communication, ensure licensing and safety compliance, foster inclusivity, and serve as acting Head of School when needed.
