Lead all school operations, ensure compliance with health, safety and licensing, oversee curriculum delivery, drive enrollment and family relationships, mentor and evaluate faculty, and manage recruitment, hiring, and onboarding.

Lead and manage the early childhood education program: implement emergent curriculum, train and mentor teachers, oversee Mentor Teachers, support family enrollment and communication, ensure licensing and safety compliance, foster inclusivity, and serve as acting Head of School when needed.

The Education Director ensures implementation of child-centered curriculum, trains and mentors teachers, complies with state regulations, engages families, and promotes a collaborative culture.
