Leads early learning school operations, staffing, scheduling, enrollment, licensing compliance, curriculum delivery, family relationships, faculty mentorship, performance evaluation, professional development, recruitment, hiring, and onboarding. The role requires ensuring an inclusive, developmentally appropriate program while supporting children, families, and educators. The Head of School must oversee health and safety requirements, build strong community relationships, and manage daily campus leadership in accordance with Vivvi’s educational philosophy.

Lead and coach faculty to deliver a developmentally appropriate, inquiry-based curriculum. Manage teacher training, evaluations, licensing/compliance documentation, family enrollment relationships, and professional development while fostering an inclusive early childhood environment.

Lead and run Vivvis school-age programs (spring/summer camps, after-school, backup care), manage staff hiring/training, ensure health/safety and compliance, develop inclusive programming, and maintain family communication. Year-round role based at Liberty, NC.
