The role requires ensuring an inclusive, developmentally appropriate program while supporting children, families, and educators. The Head of School must oversee health and safety requirements, build strong community relationships, and manage daily campus leadership in accordance with Vivvi’s educational philosophy.

Lead and coach faculty to deliver a developmentally appropriate, inquiry-based curriculum. Manage teacher training, evaluations, licensing/compliance documentation, family enrollment relationships, and professional development while fostering an inclusive early childhood environment.

Lead and run Vivvis school-age programs (spring/summer camps, after-school, backup care), manage staff hiring/training, ensure health/safety and compliance, develop inclusive programming, and maintain family communication. Year-round role based at Liberty, NC.

Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise employer accounts across the full lifecycle. Build executive relationships with HR/Benefits leaders, analyze program data, deliver executive business reviews, identify risks and expansion opportunities, coordinate cross-functional support, and run client communications and events to drive engagement, retention, and growth.

Lead all school operations, ensure compliance with health, safety and licensing, oversee curriculum delivery, drive enrollment and family relationships, mentor and evaluate faculty, and manage recruitment, hiring, and onboarding.
