Builds senior relationships, develops pricing and proposals, manages RFPs, forecasts performance in HubSpot, and partners cross-functionally to ensure successful implementation handoffs. Owns revenue targets, sales processes, and pipeline discipline while managing and developing a Sales Associate.

Leads early learning school operations, staffing, scheduling, enrollment, licensing compliance, curriculum delivery, family relationships, faculty mentorship, performance evaluation, professional development, recruitment, hiring, and onboarding. The role requires ensuring an inclusive, developmentally appropriate program while supporting children, families, and educators. The Head of School must oversee health and safety requirements, build strong community relationships, and manage daily campus leadership in accordance with Vivvi’s educational philosophy.
