Collaborate with scientists, robotics, and AI teams, leverage LLMs to accelerate prototyping, ensure testable, secure code, and mentor junior engineers while shipping production-ready tooling for laboratory automation and imagery workflows.

Lead development, optimization, and scaling of complex human in vitro tissue models. Design and execute rigorous multimodal experiments (imaging, transcriptomics, proteomics, flow cytometry), translate models into automated, high-throughput workflows, troubleshoot variability, establish SOPs, collaborate across engineering, AI, and translational teams, mentor junior scientists, and maintain reproducible scientific documentation to support therapeutic discovery.

Design and implement scalable bioinformatics methods and production-grade pipelines for scRNA-seq, bulk RNA-seq, secretomics, and proteomics. Integrate multi-omic datasets, benchmark tools, partner with engineers to productionize workflows, and deliver rigorous biological interpretation, reports, and partner-facing deliverables.
