Analyzes Accounts Payable accounts, identifies anomalies, performs reconciliations and reporting, supports month-end and year-end close activities, manages accounting queries, conducts trend and root-cause analysis, and oversees audit, governance, and financial control requirements. The role also provides insights for management decision-making and may require overtime during reporting periods.

Plans end-to-end supply for finished lubricants, including forecasting, import purchase orders, shipment monitoring, stock optimization, inventory audits, invoice processing, and claims management. Tracks stock health and supply chain KPIs, supports S&OP, identifies supply risks, and coordinates stakeholders to ensure product availability while minimizing logistics and transportation costs.

Leads Account Managers and delivers fuels and lubricants sales plans. Responsibilities include achieving sales, margin, cost, and working-capital targets; pursuing B2B opportunities; managing key customer relationships; leading commercial teams; overseeing customer service operations; implementing marketing and channel strategies; ensuring health and safety; and coordinating technical support.
