Supports a global operational transformation program through PMO coordination, delivery-plan monitoring, milestone tracking, stakeholder communication, workshops, documentation, risk and issue management, budget reporting, and procurement processing. The role maintains project repositories, dashboards, status reports, and logs while managing documenters and supporting programme leadership across distributed teams in Africa and Europe.

Lead development and deployment of continuous improvement (CI) strategy across GBS; drive Lean/Six Sigma deployments, coach CI coaches and senior leaders, build CI capability and resourcing, track and sustain benefits, enforce governance and compliance, and evolve CI model and roadmaps to achieve CI maturity.

Develops and executes customer loyalty programs and payment solutions across fuel, lubricants, LPG, and rewards businesses. Manages loyalty strategy, payment partnerships, vendor procurement, budgets, projects, analytics, and performance optimization. Builds relationships with banks, telecoms, and payment providers; drives customer acquisition, retention, payment adoption, and transaction growth. Leads cross-functional delivery, change management, reporting, and ROI evaluation.
