Conduct independent in vivo and ex vivo pharmacology studies supporting preclinical drug discovery for inflammatory and autoimmune diseases. Perform rodent dosing, blood and tissue collection, necropsy, pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic studies, target engagement, efficacy, and mechanism-of-action analyses. Use immunoassays, flow cytometry, and qPCR to analyze samples, interpret and visualize data, maintain reproducible records, and present findings to multidisciplinary project teams.

Lead cross-functional drug development programs from candidate selection through clinical development, translating strategy into integrated plans, managing timelines, risks, governance, and stakeholder alignment to enable timely decisions and program execution.

Use chemical proteomics and mass-spectrometry workflows to identify and characterize small-molecule–protein interactions. Operate Orbitrap MS and nano-LC, prepare enriched samples, analyze proteomics datasets, maintain mammalian cell lines, perform transfections and cell-based assays, and support ligand discovery with biochemical and cellular experiments.
