Execute cellular and molecular immunology experiments to validate drug targets: generate knockouts/knock-ins, run cellular and biochemical assays, test tool compounds, develop screening and mechanism-of-action assays, and apply Vividion's chemical proteomics platform. Present data and support target validation.

Perform and design functional genomics experiments to identify and validate cancer drug targets. Execute large-scale mammalian cell culture, genetic perturbation (CRISPR/shRNA/siRNA), NGS library prep and sequencing, cell line engineering, and cellular assays. Analyze and present data, maintain experimental records, and support small-molecule drug discovery efforts.
