Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting close processes; strengthen Workday-enabled workflows, reporting, controls, documentation, and audit readiness. Coordinate with accounting, finance, HR, IT, legal, procurement, parent-company stakeholders, and auditors. Identify operational risks and capacity gaps, implement sustainable process improvements, and develop accounting managers and staff through coaching, accountability, cross-training, and continuous improvement.

Leads biotransformation and DMPK activities supporting drug discovery and development. Designs and conducts in vitro and in vivo metabolite identification studies, interprets mass spectra, oversees CRO studies, and evaluates species differences and drug metabolism. Provides strategic scientific guidance to multidisciplinary teams, supports candidate optimization, prepares reports and regulatory documents for IND submissions, and mentors DMPK staff.
