Teams at Vive Crop Protection

Provides technical support for process development experiments, including milling, formulation sample preparation, particle-size and viscosity analysis, data collection, calculations, laboratory documentation, equipment maintenance, and SOP adherence. The role supports scientists, helps develop or improve methods, trains co-op students, handles laboratory samples, maintains cleanliness and safety, and completes assigned work within project timelines.

Manage sales objectives across North and South Dakota by developing agricultural retail, distributor, grower, and partner relationships. Create and execute business plans, sales forecasts, market expansion strategies, and crop protection programs. Maintain CRM market intelligence, launch innovative agricultural products, support customer needs, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and other internal teams. Requires strong agronomic knowledge, agricultural field sales experience, communication skills, and regional market expertise.

Manage sales objectives across Vive’s Eastern U.S. territory by developing agricultural retail, distributor, grower, and partner relationships. Build and execute business plans, forecasts, sales strategies, and market expansion initiatives for crop protection products. Support new product launches, maintain CRM intelligence, collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, and provide agronomic expertise to grow market share and customer purchases.
