Build and run a full-funnel demand generation engine from scratch to deliver a $30M MQL pipeline. Own strategy and execution across outbound, inbound, paid, SEO, events, partnerships, and referrals; implement attribution and CAC modeling; define lead scoring and MQL/SQL handoffs with sales; execute campaigns and weekly pipeline/CAC reporting; hire and scale the team.

Provide first-line troubleshooting and ticket ownership for network, WAN, and VoIP issues in an MSP/NOC environment. Monitor alerts, escalate as needed, provision UniFi and VoIP systems, coordinate field technicians, maintain documentation, and meet SLA response/resolution targets.

Support accounting, billing, collections, accounts payable, and financial reporting. Reconcile accounts, prepare journal entries, review invoices and billable work, manage AR follow-ups, assist month- and year-end close, perform periodic billing audits, maintain SOPs, and identify automation and control improvements while collaborating with U.S. clients, vendors, and remote teams.
