Supervise and support shuttle drivers while promoting safe, compliant, customer-focused transportation operations. Conduct ride-alongs, observations, evaluations, coaching, and training; investigate incidents and complaints; monitor route adherence, on-time performance, and service quality; and ensure compliance with ADA, contract, state, and federal transportation requirements. The role also develops employees, resolves operational challenges, and supports a culture of accountability and service excellence.

Leads Vivalon’s HR function, people strategy, organizational culture, talent management, performance management, employee relations, compliance, compensation, benefits, payroll, HRIS, and workplace risk programs. Advises executives, coaches managers, oversees investigations and corrective actions, ensures California and federal compliance, and strengthens engagement and accountability across a 200-plus-person nonprofit workforce.
