Foster strategic partnerships, attract talent, and continuously improve offerings. Based in Manhattan (hybrid) with overnight travel to client sites as needed.

Lead research and analytics for branding and innovation engagements, translate findings into recommendations, build business cases and Excel models, manage client deliverables and project teams, run qualitative research and workshops, support business development, and mentor junior consultants.

Lead client onboarding and configuration of an AI platform and agents, guide clients through data setup, train teams, translate workflows into agent skills, troubleshoot adoption, and partner with product and engineering.
