Owns the e-commerce vertical’s global business development strategy, pipeline, revenue performance, and expansion across Europe. Responsibilities include acquiring and managing global accounts and strategic partners, leading complex sales cycles, negotiating contracts, coordinating cross-functional solution delivery, developing proposals and business cases, providing market feedback, and maintaining CRM reporting and forecasts. The role requires strong expertise in e-commerce, payment processing, fintech, enterprise sales, strategic account management, and senior stakeholder engagement.

Ensure the availability, performance, scalability, and reliability of critical production systems. Build monitoring, alerting, observability, automation, and infrastructure improvements; define SLIs and SLOs; manage incidents, postmortems, root cause analysis, runbooks, and on-call processes; and collaborate with engineering teams to eliminate system weaknesses and single points of failure.

Identify and engage active and passive candidates across multiple countries, with a focus on Sales and commercial profiles. Build talent pipelines, conduct talent mapping and personalized outreach, perform first-stage phone screenings, maintain accurate ATS records, and collaborate with recruiters and hiring teams. Use AI-enabled sourcing tools responsibly while supporting a positive, consistent candidate experience.
