Investigate anti-financial crime cases involving fraud, money laundering, sanctions, and customer due diligence. Monitor alerts and dashboards, triage operational incidents, coordinate with engineering and support teams, document findings, escalate risks, and participate in post-incident reviews. Maintain audit-ready records, track SLAs and performance metrics, improve procedures, and identify opportunities to use automation and AI. The role operates 24/7 on a rotating schedule.
