Prepare and serve nutritious meals for senior residents following sanitation and public health regulations. Maintain clean, safe dining and kitchen areas, follow HACCP/WHMIS procedures, assist with dining room setup and stock handling, participate in emergency and safety drills, report incidents, and protect resident confidentiality and wellbeing.

Greet visitors and handle incoming calls professionally; perform clerical duties including filing, mail sorting, typing, and maintaining the front desk; post menus and update bulletin boards; coordinate front desk activities; respond to resident needs and emergencies; attend trainings.
