Provide direct resident care in a senior living community: administer medications, assist with ADLs, maintain and communicate care plans, supervise ancillary care staff, document condition and physician orders, provide emergency assistance, and support the Wellness Director with scheduling and regulatory compliance.

Manage office administrative staff and perform core accounting functions including accounts receivable/payable, payroll processing, cash handling and bank reconciliations. Maintain resident census and billing accuracy, ensure vendor and payroll compliance, supervise front-desk duties, and support facility administration and regulatory requirements.

Prepare and serve nutritious meals to residents following sanitation and public health regulations; clean and set dining areas; handle stock and equipment cleaning; follow HACCP/WHMIS guidance; report incidents, exposures, and noncompliance; maintain resident confidentiality and assist with emergency evacuations; complete required training and health screenings.
