Drive occupancy and revenue by generating and converting prospects into residents, coordinating move-ins/outs, developing referral relationships, executing marketing and advertising, tracking leads and reports, collaborating with leadership, and managing budgeted department activities and special events.

Provide direct nursing care to residents in a senior living community: administer medications, monitor and assess conditions, transcribe physician orders, assist with ADLs, supervise care staff in absence of wellness leadership, maintain documentation and shift reports, and respond to emergencies per care plans and regulations.

Administer and document medications per physician orders; assist residents with activities of daily living and personal care; observe, report and record changes in condition; maintain resident rooms and cleanliness; respond to emergencies and follow facility policies and care plans.
