Drive sales and market expansion for commercial metal and glass railing products. Build relationships with architects, contractors, subcontractors, and property owners; secure product specifications and project opportunities; manage quotes, bids, demos, negotiations, and deal closures. Develop territory strategies, track pipeline and competitor activity in a CRM, and provide market insights. The role requires construction product sales expertise, consultative selling, extensive travel, and strong presentation skills.

Owns end-to-end procurement operations, including purchase orders, ERP purchasing workflows, vendor qualification, performance scorecards, sourcing decisions, supply risk management, quality coordination, audit documentation, and process scalability. Provides direction to purchasing assistants and coordinates with production, warehouse, and vendors to keep fabrication and project schedules on track.

Oversee project scheduling, capacity planning, workload balancing, and resource allocation across project management and operational teams. Coordinate with sales, design, engineering, supply chain, fabrication, procurement, and installation to align milestones and identify risks. Track workload, backlog, schedule adherence, and projected demand; provide reporting and scenario analysis. Develop forecasts, dashboards, scheduling processes, and continuous improvement initiatives to improve delivery efficiency and reduce delays.
