Build and maintain dealership client relationships, train personnel on Vitu and DMV processes, provide customer and DMV support, conduct compliance audits, monitor dealer errors and licenses, verify DMV fee calculations in dealer management systems, and deliver fee training. The role requires knowledge of vehicle registration documents, DMV regulations, EVR e-filing, accounting reconciliation, browser configuration, and office software. Travel up to 150 miles is required.

Processes vehicle title and registration transactions through the VITU Portal, verifies paperwork against DMV policies, audits documents, and communicates errors or missing information to dealerships and the DMV. Provides phone and online chat support, accesses customer data to print required documents, and resolves audit-related questions. Requires attention to detail, organization, punctuality, communication skills, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
