Monitors and investigates security alerts, threats, vulnerabilities, cloud misconfigurations, endpoint activity, and incidents. Supports incident response, CrowdStrike Falcon and Wiz administration, vulnerability remediation, access reviews, compliance activities, risk assessments, and security awareness initiatives. Collaborates with IT, cloud, infrastructure, application, and business teams to improve enterprise security posture and validate remediation efforts.

Provides Tier 1 and Tier 2 customer support through phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems. Resolves configuration, billing, account, technical, and DMV-related issues; documents interactions; protects customer information; and escalates complex problems. The role also supports customer training, cross-team resolution, and special projects. Requires automotive registration or technology experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, CRM familiarity, and flexible weekend or overtime availability.

Supervises a high-volume title auditing team responsible for vehicle title execution, lien satisfactions, notarization, documentation, and compliance with state and county requirements. Allocates work, monitors performance, coaches and trains employees, supports hiring, resolves issues, maintains service levels, and ensures accurate processing. The role uses proprietary software for research and data entry, operates onsite on a swing shift, and may require overtime, weekends, or holidays.
