Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle (onboarding/offboarding), maintain compliant HR records, support employees and managers, operate HRIS and ATS (Rippling, Ashby), coordinate recruiting logistics, assist performance and culture initiatives, and improve people processes in a high-growth startup.

Lead integrations connecting the product to EHR/EMR, pharmacy networks, and partner-facing APIs. Own API/SDK developer experience, integration intake and prioritization, commercial scoping with BD/sales, technical discovery and delivery, post-launch support, and adoption tracking to scale repeatable onboarding playbooks.

Outbound-first BDR responsible for generating and qualifying top-of-funnel opportunities for clinic/prescriber customers. Run targeted outreach (email, calls, LinkedIn), conduct early discovery, maintain CRM hygiene, hit activity and qualified-opportunity targets, and surface field insights to Sales, Customer Success, and Product.

Manage a portfolio of 200+ self-pay clinical accounts to drive retention, product adoption, upsell/cross-sell, and repeat ordering. Monitor customer health signals, provide product guidance and operational support, maintain CRM records (HubSpot, Gong), partner with onboarding, and develop scalable engagement programs to recover at-risk accounts and increase platform usage.
