The Customer Success Lead oversees the Customer Success team, manages strategic customer accounts, drives product adoption, and ensures successful outcomes through strong leadership and operational excellence.

Lead and evolve a cross-product design system and AI tooling that enables product teams to design and build on-system. Own system foundations, machine-readable metadata, guidance, adoption, metrics, and AI harnesses for rapid prototyping, design-to-code alignment, and automated validation. Partner with engineering, drive quality and collaboration, and mentor teams to raise design standards.

Build and automate end-to-end GTM systems across marketing, CRM, sales engagement, and analytics. Design scalable workflows, integrations, and automations, embed AI for lead scoring and prioritisation, improve data quality and reporting, and enable Sales, Partnerships, and Customer teams via training and tooling. Partner with Engineering and Commercial teams to deliver and optimise revenue-driving systems.

The Operations Analyst is responsible for processing payments, improving workflows, ensuring accuracy, and collaborating with teams to enhance customer experience.

The Implementation Manager oversees client and partner implementations, coordinating teams, managing project milestones, and ensuring go-live readiness. They facilitate communication among stakeholders and maintain implementation documentation, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the process.
