Lead month‑end and year‑end close, prepare consolidated multi‑entity, multi‑currency accounts, manage intercompany and balance sheet reconciliations, support statutory reporting and audits, drive finance transformation, implement and integrate finance systems, automate processes, improve controls, and build cross‑functional relationships.

Manage end-to-end client implementation projects for Vitesse payment services, coordinating stakeholders, maintaining project controls (plans, RAID, RAG), supporting integrations (API, Batch, Host-to-Host), mentoring junior staff, and improving implementation processes to reduce time-to-revenue.

Lead and evolve a cross-product design system and AI tooling that enables product teams to design and build on-system. Own system foundations, machine-readable metadata, guidance, adoption, metrics, and AI harnesses for rapid prototyping, design-to-code alignment, and automated validation. Partner with engineering, drive quality and collaboration, and mentor teams to raise design standards.

Build and automate end-to-end GTM systems across marketing, CRM, sales engagement, and analytics. Design scalable workflows, integrations, and automations, embed AI for lead scoring and prioritisation, improve data quality and reporting, and enable Sales, Partnerships, and Customer teams via training and tooling. Partner with Engineering and Commercial teams to deliver and optimise revenue-driving systems.
