Provides enterprise IT support across incidents, requests, changes, hardware, software, file servers, conferencing, backups, disaster recovery, security audits, asset inventory, and equipment ordering. Supports office moves, coordinates service-impacting activities, maintains site contingency plans, onboards new hires, and communicates with users and leadership. Requires 2–4 years of enterprise IT experience, ITIL knowledge, troubleshooting, communication, organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Provides enterprise IT site support, including incident and change management, desktop and laptop maintenance, file server backups, conferencing technology, asset inventory, equipment fulfillment, disaster recovery planning, office moves, and security audits. Supports new-hire orientation, communicates with users and leadership, coordinates service-impacting activities, and provides regional backup support. Requires two to four years of enterprise IT experience, ITIL knowledge, troubleshooting ability, and strong communication skills.

Coordinates HR administration, recruiting support, interviews, onboarding, employee records, payroll adjustments, benefits assistance, background checks, reports, office supplies, vendors, and invoice processing. Conducts new-hire orientation, supports training, communicates policy updates, completes employment verifications, and assists employees and management with HR-related needs.
