Educate physicians and healthcare leaders about hospice care, build referral relationships, promote the Medicare hospice benefit, collaborate with clinical teams, manage a territory, and meet sales goals through need-satisfaction selling and long-term partnerships.

Supervise a team of two or more, set work procedures and schedules, assign tasks, evaluate employee performance, standardize processes to improve efficiency, handle personnel recommendations, ensure customer service standards, and participate in meetings and trainings.

The Admission Liaison assists with patient intake, develops relationships with accounts, evaluates patient eligibility for hospice, and supports education efforts while maintaining strong interpersonal skills.
