Lead product strategy, roadmap development, commercialization, lifecycle management, and profitability for assigned global product categories. Analyze market, customer, competitive, and financial inputs to prioritize growth opportunities and guide new product development. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Program Management, customers, and executives on launches, adoption, and portfolio decisions. Mentor junior product managers and deliver customer presentations, training, webinars, and sales enablement tools. The hybrid role requires up to 10% travel.

Leads Vitamix’s Amazon 1P and 3P business, owning channel strategy, operating plans, analytics, forecasting, profitability, retail media, promotions, inventory alignment, and vendor negotiations. The role partners across Media, Brand, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations to drive commercial performance, challenges existing processes, prepares executive reviews, and manages internal teams and external agencies. It includes coaching two direct reports and requires up to 25% travel in a hybrid office environment.

The Treasury Manager oversees liquidity, capital structure, and financial risk management. Responsibilities include managing banking relationships, cash forecasting, investment strategies, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
