Leads complex, end-to-end product development programs from definition through production. Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, managing schedules, budgets, product costs, supply chain activities, risks, and portfolio priorities. The role provides executive updates, drives process improvements and organizational change, promotes program management best practices, and mentors program and project managers.

Own the technical vision and roadmap for Vitamix.com. Lead cross-functional Agile teams and external partners to deliver web initiatives, manage integrations (web-to-ERP), QA/UAT, release processes, and analytics-driven experimentation (A/B testing, personalization) to optimize the DTC experience.

The Electrical Engineer will design electro-mechanical systems for Vitamix products, manage components, ensure compliance, and support development activities.
