Responsibilities include ERP and data integration, AI output validation, technician workflow design, pilot rollouts, training, change management, adoption tracking, and stakeholder communication. The role bridges AI product teams, ERP service data, and field and shop technician workflows to improve diagnostic accuracy, repair efficiency, first-time-fix rates, and platform adoption.

Deploys and manages Microsoft Azure infrastructure, including virtual machines, storage, networking, backups, and Azure Virtual Desktop. Automates cloud operations using ARM templates, Terraform, and PowerShell; monitors performance, reliability, and costs; administers Windows Server and Active Directory; integrates Azure AD with on-premises environments; and implements identity, access management, security, and compliance controls.
