Manage key transportation and logistics customer accounts, serving as the primary contact for service issues, performance monitoring, reporting, pricing, bids, and revenue opportunities. Coordinate with customers, carriers, terminals, operations, claims, pricing, and other partners to resolve problems and meet commitments. Lead customer meetings and business reviews, track KPIs, communicate corrective actions, and identify operational and account profitability improvements.

Designs, implements, maintains, and troubleshoots industrial automation and control systems, including PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, drives, instrumentation, and industrial networks. Supports system integration, commissioning, equipment startups, capital projects, production reliability, safety, documentation, and performance monitoring. Works cross-functionally with maintenance, operations, and engineering teams in a fully onsite industrial environment.
