Teams at Vital Records Control (VRC)

Process and fulfill medical records requests following HIPAA and client procedures. Validate authorizations, retrieve/upload records, perform quality checks, invoice, document actions, communicate with requestors and supervisors, and maintain security and confidentiality.

Develop, implement, and maintain compliance programs (privacy, confidentiality, security) aligned with HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA, and NAID/ISO27001; monitor regulations, conduct audits, train staff, investigate incidents, document activities, and prepare regulatory reports.

Resolve complex customer issues (billing, service, operations) by investigating root causes, coordinating cross-functionally, managing case queues, maintaining detailed records, and improving processes to ensure satisfaction and retention.
