Teams at Vital Records Control (VRC)

Processes high volumes of paper records by preparing, scanning, indexing, entering data, and conducting quality control. Operates automatic feeder and flatbed scanners, configures scan settings, logs document information, reviews images for accuracy, and performs basic equipment troubleshooting. The specialist follows Clean Room, PPE, safety, and document-handling procedures while meeting productivity and quality benchmarks. This is a six-month, on-site 1099 project requiring reliable attendance, physical handling of materials, and collaboration with the project team.

Resolve complex customer issues (billing, service, operations) by investigating root causes, coordinating cross-functionally, managing case queues, and maintaining detailed records to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

Supervises records center, vault, inventory, delivery, staffing, quality improvement, budgeting, facilities, and equipment maintenance. Oversees fleet safety, audits records and inventory, supports customer service, and backfills driver needs. The role requires physical work, forklift certification, a clean driving record, DOT physical qualification, and the ability to work in varying temperatures.
