Teams at Vital Records Control (VRC)

Manage day-to-day plant operations for document shredding including staffing, quality improvement, budget control, facilities and equipment maintenance, inventory and audit control, customer service, and supervising delivery and vault operations.

Receive, sort, load and shred waste paper and media, operate and maintain shredding/baling and forklift equipment, stage bales for shipment, perform preventative maintenance, and maintain safety and security standards.

Prepare, scan, and digitize high volumes of paper documents using automatic feeders and flatbed scanners. Maintain scanner cleanliness, set parameters per customer specifications, log box/document numbers, assist with preparation and indexing, meet productivity and quality benchmarks, troubleshoot related computer issues, and perform other tasks as assigned.
