Teams at Vital Records Control (VRC)

Receive, sort, load and shred waste paper and media, operate and maintain shredding/baling and forklift equipment, stage bales for shipment, perform preventative maintenance, and maintain safety and security standards.

Prepare, scan, and digitize high volumes of paper documents using automatic feeders and flatbed scanners. Maintain scanner cleanliness, set parameters per customer specifications, log box/document numbers, assist with preparation and indexing, meet productivity and quality benchmarks, troubleshoot related computer issues, and perform other tasks as assigned.

Drive territory sales by generating leads, building relationships, conducting demos and presentations, and closing deals. Maintain pipelines, meet quotas, attend trade shows, perform market research, and prepare executive-level proposals and reports.
