Oversee psychotherapy team operations across skilled nursing and assisted living facilities, including staffing, scheduling, hiring, training, performance management, compliance, vendor relationships, billing coordination, clinician onboarding, and process improvement. Act as liaison between psychotherapists, facility partners, clinical leadership, and administrative teams while developing scalable operational systems and ensuring documentation, privacy, and healthcare standards are maintained.

Provides comprehensive podiatric care to skilled nursing facility residents, including evaluations, diagnosis, treatment, wound care, debridement, minor procedures, chronic condition management, and preventive foot care. Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, educates residents and staff, maintains compliant clinical documentation, follows infection control and regulatory standards, and provides clinical oversight to support staff.

Provide comprehensive podiatric care to skilled nursing facility residents: evaluate, diagnose, and treat foot and lower-extremity conditions; perform minor procedures and wound debridement; develop individualized treatment plans; collaborate with interdisciplinary teams; oversee wound care and support staff; complete documentation within 72 hours and serve approximately 80% of facility census.
