Responsibilities include prospecting, pipeline management, customer visits, upselling, CRM maintenance, forecasting, market monitoring, reporting, and collaboration with marketing and operations. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, organisation, commercial awareness, and the ability to travel throughout the territory.

Provides administrative, planning, reporting, and coordination support for warehouse operations. Maintains operational records, order statuses, inventory information, shipping documentation, and reporting tools. Coordinates workloads, collections, deliveries, drivers, temporary resources, and communication across warehouse and shipping teams. Supports purchasing, audits, quality, safety, and continuous improvement activities while identifying discrepancies and ensuring accurate, timely documentation.
