Executes multi-channel customer engagement campaigns across email service providers and marketing automation platforms. Responsibilities include building, testing, deploying, scheduling, and segmenting campaigns; managing assets and deadlines; monitoring KPIs; supporting performance reporting and optimization; collaborating with strategists and internal teams; and developing platform expertise. The role contributes to client retention, customer lifetime value, revenue growth, and continuous improvement of campaign tools and processes.

Manage client relationships as the primary point of contact, supporting retention, contract renewals, account health, invoicing accuracy, and client satisfaction. Identify upselling opportunities, resolve issues proactively, conduct regular stakeholder meetings, document communications and actions, and align client objectives with business goals. The role requires strong communication, organization, commercial awareness, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.

Lead visual design, UX, creative direction, and design quality across Shopify delivery teams. The role combines hands-on enterprise eCommerce design with line management, design-system ownership, research, AI-assisted workflows, development collaboration, commercial scoping, client presentations, accessibility, production assurance, and optimization. The successful candidate will maintain Shopify theme-aligned design systems, support sales and standalone design engagements, mentor designers, and improve delivery quality, consistency, speed, and profitability.
