Lead the DevOps team’s technical vision and roadmap for WWE 2K. Ensure reliability, scalability, observability, and performance while establishing deployment and operational standards. Collaborate across studios and disciplines, improve workflows and documentation, and provide technical leadership in a distributed, multi-team game development environment.

Design, develop, optimize, and maintain high-performance C/C++ graphics code and HLSL shaders for NBA 2K. Implement rendering technologies, improve GPU performance, and enhance visual effects, lighting, and post-processing. Collaborate with art and design teams to shape the game’s visual presentation and participate in rendering technology upgrades. The role requires strong 3D mathematics, graphics optimization expertise, and experience developing games or graphics systems.

The Associate Programmer will collaborate with designers, artists, and engineers to write and optimize C++ code for AAA games, focusing on bug fixing and tool development.
