Owns the international eCommerce product roadmap for the UK, EU, and France. Leads French localization across UX, pricing, payments, taxation, and compliance; manages B2B and B2C customer journeys; partners with engineering and cross-functional teams on platform enhancements, launches, and content. Uses customer and market analytics to improve conversion, AOV, retention, and NPS while mentoring junior product managers and aligning U.S. and European stakeholders.

Processes vendor invoices, performs three-way matching, resolves payment discrepancies, manages vendor accounts, prepares payment runs, reconciles statements, supports expense reports and monthly close, and assists with audits and process improvements. The role also supports ERP enhancements, automation initiatives, vendor maintenance, and accounts payable controls while collaborating with accounting, purchasing, warehouse, vendors, and internal teams.

Assists customers with order questions, product information, website navigation, troubleshooting, and online shopping through chat, email, phone, and social media. Documents customer concerns, resolves complex issues, collaborates across departments, and maintains strong customer relationships. Requires multitasking, problem-solving, accurate communication, product knowledge, and dependable onsite attendance.
