Teams at Visual Alpha

Assist in client onboarding, resolve issues, analyze financial data, and perform system tests at a fintech startup in Tokyo.

The intern will implement full-stack features, create tests for quality assurance, and work in a collaborative team environment, while learning about financial data workflows.

Serve as the operational and support hub between financial clients and product/engineering. Handle client onboarding, diagnose and troubleshoot data/workflow issues, analyze complex financial datasets, document requirements and solutions, surface bugs and client feedback, and coordinate cross-functionally to ensure successful post-launch outcomes.
