Leads cross-functional HR projects, supports organizational transformations, and collaborates with Legal and Centers of Expertise to resolve employee matters and implement people strategies.

Lead end-to-end data analysis projects, including data collection, cleaning, statistical analysis, modeling, forecasting, and interpretation. Use SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, LLMs, and AI agents to generate business insights. Partner with cross-functional teams on KPIs and decision-making, communicate findings to stakeholders, improve analytical processes, and mentor junior analysts.

Leads organizational effectiveness and performance improvement at the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Plant. Oversees corrective action programs, emergency preparedness, site security, leadership development, assessments, and the Operations Performance Improvement program. Ensures plant operations comply with operating licenses, Nuclear Regulatory Commission requirements, federal and Ohio regulations, industry standards, and company expectations. Drives personnel and plant performance improvements supporting safe, reliable, and cost-effective nuclear operations.
