Analyzes client business processes, serves as a liaison among business users, IT consultants, and support teams, and supports Vistex solution implementations. Responsibilities include requirements analysis, troubleshooting, testing, documentation, client support, process improvement, and communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders. The role requires ERP knowledge, strong business acumen, proficiency with Microsoft Office, adaptability, and willingness to travel.

Coordinates customer-reported software issues, performs system and release testing, reproduces defects, analyzes configurations, supports UAT, documents resolutions, and validates fixes. The role collaborates with product, QA, engineering, templates, and support teams while preparing customer updates and ensuring incidents contain accurate technical and functional information.

Drives enterprise software and services revenue by prospecting, managing complex sales opportunities, developing account strategies, presenting solutions, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. Builds relationships with business executives, coordinates internal and partner teams, manages RFPs, maintains pipeline forecasts, and pursues new, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities within assigned accounts.
