Leads large-scale SAP and Vistex consulting projects, international rollouts, and end-to-end solution delivery. Responsibilities include SAP SD/MM configuration, business blueprinting, solution design, stakeholder management, team leadership, process optimization, risk management, customer advising, pre-sales support, and mentoring consultants. The role also establishes delivery standards and manages implementations from design through post-production support.

Provides operational coordination and initiative support for Solution Delivery leadership and global teams. Responsibilities include tracking priorities, milestones, dependencies, action items, and deadlines; preparing reports, presentations, agendas, and meeting minutes; organizing leadership information; supporting process implementation and documentation; coordinating onboarding, events, communications, and follow-up; and escalating risks or delays. The role also provides limited administrative support while focusing primarily on business operations and cross-functional coordination.

Leads presales engagements by delivering tailored enterprise software demonstrations, translating customer needs into solution strategies, advising on business value, and supporting sales cycles. Conducts workshops, discovery sessions, executive discussions, proposals, and RFP responses. Collaborates with Sales, Product, and Delivery teams, develops reusable demo content, mentors junior staff, manages multiple opportunities, and stays current on product, industry, and competitor developments.
