Provides L2 and L3 post-production support for SAP Vistex applications. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, requirements analysis, Vistex configuration, testing, solution documentation, SAP SD integration support, enhancement identification, and participation throughout design, go-live, and hypercare. The role requires independent issue resolution, functional consulting expertise, analytical and communication skills, and flexibility to travel and work across time zones.

Lead medium and large Vistex solution delivery projects for enterprise clients. Responsibilities include business blueprint workshops, end-to-end solution design, implementation, cutover, go-live, postproduction support, client advising, stakeholder management, solution roadmapping, escalations, process improvement, project planning, estimating, proposals, and presales. Requires SAP functional consulting expertise in SD, MM, or FI, strong implementation knowledge, client-facing communication, and experience with full lifecycle software implementations.

Sources and engages passive candidates through Boolean searches, job boards, social platforms, referrals, and creative outreach. Builds diverse talent pipelines, maps talent markets, screens candidates, partners with talent acquisition teams and hiring managers, tracks pipeline metrics in UKG, and improves sourcing strategies to support current and future hiring needs.
